3) User Content & License

“User Content” includes videos, audio, images, captions, comments, and other materials you submit or publish. You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant TiQ ToQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works from your User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Services (including content moderation and safety).

4) Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree not to post, upload, transmit, or engage in activity that:

• Violates any law or infringes intellectual property or other rights.
• Includes hate, harassment, threats, or targeted abuse.
• Promotes violence, criminal activity, or dangerous behavior.
• Contains pornography or sexual exploitation, especially involving minors (zero tolerance).
• Shares private or sensitive personal information without consent (doxxing).
• Spams, manipulates engagement, or uses bots to inflate metrics.
• Attempts to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security of the Services.

5) Moderation & Enforcement

We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend features, or terminate accounts if we believe you violated these Terms or if required for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity. We may do so with or without notice where permitted by law.

6) Copyright & Intellectual Property

If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us with details (your work, the infringing content link, and your contact info). We may remove infringing content and, where appropriate, take action on repeat infringers.

The Services may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
